Hattie Ever After Blog Tour, Stop #1

hattie ever after

I drew the long straw when I met Mr. Colby Sharp, 4th grade teacher extraordinaire. He not only taught me how to tweet, he became Hattie's biggest fan. Skip over to his blog, where you can read the amazing Khadijah's questions about my work. (Jessica asked a question, too.).

Here is the schedule for the Hattie Ever After blog tour:

  1. Kirby,
I'm looking forward to reading the sequel--and of course lending it to my mother too. Enjoyed Mr. Sharp's blog.

  2. Hattie is a character that will stay with many for many years. I will enthusiastically recommend this book to my middle school students! I have suggested it to quite a few adults already as well!

  3. I just finished reading 'Hattie Ever After' after borrowing it from my city's public library and found it to be a DELIGHTFUL read!!! Engaging stories that take place in the early 1900's are quite rare and this one is an absolute GEM!! One can tell you put loving care in doing the research behind the story and creating memorable characters -- Kirby, do keep writing! I plan on sharing your books with fellow readers!! ~D. Casselbury
